Archbishop of Canterbury says ‘aye’ to ‘royal street party' nonsense

Dr Williams also commended the encouragement of days of "shared celebration" such as the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
"It's nice and entirely appropriate that we are being encouraged to some public displays of shared celebration next Friday: let a thousand street parties blossom!" source

Well, we can’t expect too much holy sense from this bloke. He is, after all, an Archbishop of Canterbury, aka, Archbishop of the Church of England, whose head is the Queen. I don’t know the Pope’s take on this matter, but Cardinal Ed doesn’t recognise the C of E as ‘Christian’. Rather, an attempt to subjugate God to Mammon by placing the head of the state, a member of the privileged and exploitative class, the so-called Queen, as the head of this so-called ‘church’ - via the ‘Act of Supremacy’ of 1534, I think, pushed for by King Henry the 8th and delivered via the rubber stamp ‘parliament’ then. So a guy who couldn’t keep his dick in his pants, not averse to chopping of the heads of his wives, marrying again and again, etc, becomes the head of a so-called ‘church of England’. It's not unlike the Chinese authorities replacing the Dalai Lama with their own nominee. Same thing isn't it. And, by the way, no Catholic is allowed to ascend the throne either, let alone a Muslim or a Hindu. I sometimes think that this royal family rubbish is one of the means by which the UK is kept ‘white’ at heart and the reason why the non-whites can never fully become British, even if they are, since this institution is closed off to those whom aren’t Anglican. Ridiculous don’t you think. But not to these cretinous or/and self-absorbed Church of Englanders. Anyway, moving on the matter at hand...

(rumour has it that ‘princess’ Diana was killed off because she might have married a Muslim and bore a child who would be a Muslim. Some say that she was already pregnant with a child. Well, I don’t if that is true, but given the exclusivity of the ‘royal’ family, it’s quite plausible.)

Focusing people on the ‘shared’ value of the ‘royal wedding’ street parties is not unlike exhorting the value of those public executions in UK’s historical past because it brought people together in a ‘shared’ festival-like celebratory fashion.
So, it’s not surprising that the Archbishop of this ‘church’ supports the conservative party line and is hoping that a ‘thousand street parties blossom!’ Let’s not forget that this ‘church’ and the ‘royalty’ are part and parcel of the same gang that wrested power from the Catholic Church - whom were themselves quite the problem then - so that they could keep their money, run their own temporal affairs without interference from the spiritual, maintain the exploitative class divide that allows Liz, aka Queen Elizabeth, to ‘earn’ millions of pounds for putting up with the curtsying, change of guard parades, and having her progeny and their progeny contend with state of the art education, great housing, good food, company, millions of pounds in their bank balances way before they learn to tie their own shoes and wipe their own noses, and so on.

So, this Archbishop, a ‘doctor’ Rowan Williams, is attempting to focus us on the ‘shared’ value of celebrating the marriage of two privileged toffs. Oh, its a ‘shared’ celebration, we are being happy together, we are being one, so its a good thing. It skips his ‘holiness’s’ attention that whilst we are ‘sharing’ this celebration, the ‘royal’ twits aren’t sharing their ill-begotten wealth or ‘sharing’ the suffering people have to put up with in their daily lives, and in the face of cuts. It doesn’t matter to him that what will be celebrated will be the exploitative class divide. No. We are just supposed to focus on the value of ‘sharing’ the celebration of the marriage of two people of a privileged class even if this is based on said privileged class existing because they aren’t willing to share what they took from the people.

Promoting this street party for the royals nonsense suggests that we ought to forget that the privileged class are the source of our problems and view them as the source of our celebratory attempt to forget it. What ridiculous logic.

It’s an opportunity to forget one’s problems and celebrate our unity through ‘shared’ celebration. What ridiculous logic. Wonder what this guy got his doctorate for. It certainly wouldn’t be for empathy or objectivity, that’s for certain. He exhorts people to ‘seek happiness, not prosperity’. You can be sure that he’s not saying this to the ‘royals’ or the privileged class, but to us, so that the former two can have their significant events celebrated by the have-nots for more centuries to come.

What nonsense this fella talks. This Indian ain’t buyin’ it.
